CEFR A2 · Elementary
A2 opens the past: the everyday 'wnes i' helper (Wnes i weld ffilm) with the soft mutation it triggers, plus the short forms es i and ces i, and a first future with 'bydda i'n'. You say what you prefer with 'mae'n well gen i', put an illness ON yourself with 'Mae annwyd arna i', report what someone thinks with 'ei fod e' and 'ei bod hi', and use frequency words from 'bob amser' to 'byth'. The vocabulary covers routines, weekends, travel, the body and health, and work - enough to tell a Welsh speaker about your week.
77 words · 6 units · 22 grammar points
Talk about your daily routine, habits, and how often you do things.
Talk about the past: yesterday, last weekend, and travel memories.
Talk about hobbies, likes and dislikes, and free-time plans.
Name parts of the body, say what hurts or what illness you have, and talk about healthy habits.
Cynnig rhywbeth, trefnu ac aildrefnu apwyntiad, a siarad am y tywydd sy'n newid y cynlluniau.
Ffonio ac ysgrifennu, ymddiheuro, datrys camddealltwriaeth a gofyn am help - bywyd bob dydd pan nad yw pethau'n mynd yn ôl y cynllun.
