- Yes - a 10-day free trial on any monthly plan. You add a card at checkout but aren't charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then means no charge at all. Annual plans bill immediately (they're already about 20% cheaper), and the trial is one per account.
- Which languages can I learn?
- All 19 languages are included on every paid plan - Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Swedish, Korean, and more. You can switch between them anytime.
- How is Semantix different from flashcard apps like Anki or Duolingo?
- You learn by having real conversations with an AI tutor immersed in your target language. It gently corrects you and turns what you fumble into spaced-repetition flashcards automatically - so your review deck is built from your own conversations, not a generic word list.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing on your profile page in a couple of clicks; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something isn't right, email support@semantix.chat and we'll sort it out - refunds are handled case by case.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Semantix runs entirely in your browser on any device, with optional text-to-speech and speech input built in.
