To show where you are going, put -e or -a on the place word (-ye/-ya after a vowel); verbs like gitmek, gelmek and dönmek all take it. There is no separate word for "to".

- Turn right, then go to the bridge.
- Her gün işe otobüsle gidiyorum.
- I go to work by bus every day.
- Ankara'ya taşınacağız.
- We will move to Ankara.
The mistake to avoid
Place names keep an apostrophe before the ending: Ankara'ya, İzmir'e.
