After a relative superlative (il più bello, la peggiore, l'unico, il primo) the relative clause that follows takes the subjunctive: è il film più bello che abbia mai visto. The subjunctive marks the judgement as personal rather than a plain fact, and it is the standard form in reviews and recommendations.

The mistake to avoid
In speech many Italians use the indicative here (il più bello che ho visto); in writing and in reviews the subjunctive is expected, so keep abbia, riesca, abbiano.
