The plural ending follows the noun's gender. Masculine -ος becomes -οι and -ας/-ης becomes -ες; feminine -α and -η become -ες; neuter -ο becomes -α and -ι becomes -ια. The article changes too: ο and η both become οι, and το becomes τα.
Examples
- Έχω δύο αδέρφια και τρεις αδερφές.
- I have two brothers and three sisters.
- Τα ξενοδοχεία είναι γεμάτα.
- The hotels are full.
- Δύο καφέδες, παρακαλώ.

The mistake to avoid
The article has to move with the noun - οι and τα, not ο and το.
