Add -을 거예요 to a stem ending in a consonant and -ㄹ 거예요 to one ending in a vowel: 먹을 거예요, 갈 거예요. It covers both a plan and a prediction, and is the everyday spoken future.

- On Saturday I will watch a film.
- 내일 친구를 만날 거예요.
- Tomorrow I will meet a friend.
- 주말에 뭐 할 거예요?
- What will you do at the weekend?
The mistake to avoid
The 거 needs a space before it - it is a separate noun, not an ending.
