A clock time takes 에 with a native number and 시: 세 시에. A span uses 부터 and 까지: 아홉 시부터 여섯 시까지. Before and after are 전에 and 후에, both following the noun or the -기 form of a verb.

The mistake to avoid
The hour is native and the minutes are Sino-Korean: 세 시 삼십 분.
