Something not working, or a question about your account? Email us and a person will answer - usually within one business day.
support@semantix.chat reaches us for anything: a bug, a billing question, feedback on the tutor, or help getting started.
Two addresses go somewhere more specific: security@semantix.chat for a vulnerability report (or use the form on the bug bounty page), and privacy@semantix.chat for a data request.
It helps to say which language you were learning, roughly when it happened, and whether you were on the web or the iPhone app.
Where you manage a subscription depends on where you bought it, and we cannot change that from our side.
Every plan starts with a free trial. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged, and you keep access until the trial ends.
The leaderboards are the one place in Semantix where you see something another learner wrote: the profile name they chose, shown beside their rank if they asked to be listed. There is nothing else - no profiles, no messages, no comments.
If a name there is offensive or impersonates someone, email support@semantix.chat - the same link sits under the boards themselves. Tell us the name and which board you saw it on. An admin can take a name down, and the learner is then asked to choose another.
You can delete your account and all of your learning data yourself, from Profile → Account → Delete my account, on the web or in the app. We send a confirmation code to your email address first.
If Apple bills your subscription, cancel it in Settings first. Deleting your Semantix account cannot cancel an App Store subscription - only you can, on your device - and Apple would keep charging you for an account that no longer exists.
