When a sentence carries both a person and a thing, the person comes first and the thing second: me lo arreglan. If the person pronoun would be le or les and a lo or la follows, it changes to se - so le lo is impossible and becomes se lo.
Examples
- Me lo arreglan mañana.
- They are fixing it for me tomorrow.
- Se lo explico ahora mismo.
- I will explain it to him right now.
- ¿La solución? Te la mando por mensaje.
- The solution? I will send it to you by message.
The mistake to avoid
Le lo never exists - it always becomes se lo.
