When you do something to yourself, put a small pronoun - me, te, se, nos, se - in front of the normal verb, matching the person. These verbs are listed with -se on the end (levantarse, ducharse, acostarse).
Examples
- Me levanto a las siete.
- I get up at seven.
- ¿A qué hora te acuestas?
- What time do you go to bed?
- Nos duchamos por la mañana.
- We shower in the morning.
The mistake to avoid
With your own body and clothes Spanish uses the reflexive plus "the", not "my": "Me lavo las manos", not "Lavo mis manos".
