Greek has no separate future tense: you put θα in front of the verb. Use θα with the one-off (perfective) form for a single completed action — θα πάω — and θα with the ordinary present for something repeated or ongoing — θα πηγαίνω.
Examples
- Θα πάω στην Αθήνα το καλοκαίρι.
- I'll go to Athens this summer.
- Του χρόνου θα σπουδάζω στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
- Next year I'll be studying in Thessaloniki.
- Αν έχω χρόνο, θα σε δω το Σάββατο.
- If I have time, I'll see you on Saturday.
The mistake to avoid
After αν, use the present — never "αν θα έχω χρόνο"; the θα belongs only in the result half.
